Description - Service & Repair for Motorized Wheelchairs
Features - We service most motorized wheelchairs regardless of "manufacturer" as long as they have been purchased, for the patient, by Medicare or Medicaid and have been owned by the patient for at least one year. Routine service includes replacement of batteries, caster and drive tires, joystick controllers, controller modules, chargers, motor/gearboxes, etc. Our white glove service includes repairing the patient's motorized wheelchair at their home and in the event that we have to keep it for a couple of days we will provide them with a loaner to use. Each chair that is worked on is thoroughly cleaned before being returned to the patient since we realize that they may not be able to bend down to their chair level in order to clean it.
Insurance Accepted - Medicare or Medicaid (whichever insurance paid for the chair)
Documentation Required from Doctor - A Service Rx Order Form will be faxed to the doctor for completion and signature.
