Condition of Equipment
*All items should be in full working condition. *Items with vinyl or other material should be free of stains or tears. *Metal materials should be rust-free. * Please include the necessary spare parts, manuals, cables, power cords, etc.
Donation Drop Off/Pick Up
Wheelchairs and walkers must be dropped off. Scooters and motorized wheelchairs can be dropped off or we can schedule to pick up.

Drop Off Times - M-F 8am-4pm or Sat 8am-2pm
Donation Letter
We will provide you with a donation letter referencing the item donated and approximate used donation value.
