NC Mobility & Medical and is a certified repair company with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We specialize in in-home motorized wheelchair, mobility scooter, manual wheelchair, and lift chair repairs and have service technicians serving Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Pinehurst, Fayetteville, Wilmington, Jacksonville, Rocky Mount, Greenville and surrounding North Carolina areas. We pledge to exceed our customers' expectations by providing quality products and services with integrity, kindness and efficiency. 

If you need service for your mobility product and you decide to schedule a repair evaluation, the upfront fee which includes travel, starts at $99. This fee includes the diagnosis and travel costs to get a local technician dispatched to your home but does not cover any repair labor, parts, etc.  *Individuals may be required to pay for mileage if the total round trip is over 100 miles. We charge $1.75 for every mile above 100 miles. 

If your mobility equipment was a private purchase, the above repair evaluation fee is required to get a local technician dispatched to your home to diagnose the problems. Any labor, shipping costs, parts or additional service trips are your responsibility to pay out of pocket. 

If your mobility equipment was purchased for you through your insurance, and you are wanting the repair to be covered by insurance, then you will need to contact the company that provided your chair or call your insurance to find an authorized insurance provider. We unfortunately do not bill insurance and are private pay only.

If your mobility equipment was purchased for you by the US Veterans Affairs, and you're custom wheelchair, custom powerchair, manual wheelchair, powerchair, or scooter is in need of repair, contact Scootaround VA at (888) 583-VETS (8387) or visit Wheeled Mobility Repair Services for US Veterans | Scootaround to schedule or check on your appointment. We (NC Mobility) are contracted with Scootaround VA and if you want to schedule a repair appointment and want us (NC Mobility) to service your mobility device, request to work with us at the time of scheduling your repair appointment. We love working and taking care of our Veterans!
